Making sure that learning materials are adequate and do not discriminate any participant. Moreover, that the learning materials are able to be adapted if is necessary.

Promote sustainable dialogue between The Organization and all participants while offering a safe and physical space for all participants.Provide active listening to each member’ participation and questions they might have. Help the participant to understand what diversity means, and while we understand and learn that there is diversity in the setting we can understand better and more the diversity and apply this value in our community with respect and empathy.
